First Thing First...

We had our first meeting last night. For yall that don't know it was a meeting to introduce ourselves to the new unit. They seem really nice and more family oriented than Cav. Or maybe it was just The Soldier's group that was snobby. They also talked about all the resources available to us. which is really cool. They gave us this huge book that has EVERY NUMBER you could possibly need. Which Cav it was all up to you to find out what you needed. No one would really help you. But I think this one is going to be better. I meet my FRG Leader yesterday. She seemed really nice. I felt dumb because she had to talk down to me. See The Soldier was gone to Korea for a year and a half then he was in Iraq for 15 months so I have forgotten everything that I thought I knew about the Army. SO I am having to learn everything again. So I think I am going to try this FRG out and maybe I will make some friends here.
